When will my order be delivered?
Deliveries to Northern Ireland and Great Britain addresses
- We ship parcels by Parcelforce to Great Britain and Northern Ireland on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
- Parcels are collected from us by Parcelforce on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and will then be moved to all addresses in the UK by Parcelforce and delivered by Parcelforce on the day after collection e.g. a parcel collected from us by Parcelforce on a Monday will be delivered by Parcelforce on Tuesday (or in about 5% of cases on Wednesday).
- If you are buying frozen meat items (e.g. quick frozen unaged meat if you have a histamine intolerance problem) you must buy a polystyrene parcel packing box which is available to purchase at the checkout. This will ensure that your meat stays frozen even if the delivery to you takes 48 hours from collection at our farm.
Deliveries to Republic of Ireland addresses
We ship parcels to the Republic of Ireland by Parcelforce/GLS delivery service. Please note: we only ship to ROI on Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesday which ensures there are 2 days available for GLS to deliver before the weekend. We do not ship to ROI on Thursdays. If ROI customers ask for Friday delivery when they checkout, we will automatically move their shipping date to the following Monday to ensure that their parcel arrives with them without delays.
